Sarah, a luxury prostitute, lives in great solitude. Her only reason for existing is the passionate and clandestine love that she experiences with Judge Delvaux. Delvaux is an unscrupulous man and a careerist, he leads a double life: the "bourgeois" one, without vices and the one that sees him as the lover of a prostitute. Finally, there is Jeanne, who while investigating the death of Magdalene, will enter the life of Sarah and Delvaux, becoming her friend and his lover.
